Le Refuge du Trappeur

Le Refuge du Trappeur is a semi-detached chalet nestled in the heart of Mont Raimeux at an altitude of 1'100 meters, available to rent for a minimum of two nights.

Surrounded by nature and bathed in tranquillity, it offers a serene and comfortable atmosphere, overlooking the village of Crémines.

It can accommodate up to 6 people.

On the ground floor

There's an open-plan kitchen/dining and living room that seats 6, with a sofa, armchairs and a magnificent fireplace.

The kitchen features 4 ceramic hobs, an oven, a dishwasher and a refrigerator (with a freezer section).

It is fully equipped with crockery, cooking utensils, a Nespresso coffee machine, a Bodum coffee maker, an electric kettle and everything you need for cheese fondue and raclette.

For your convenience, basic grocery items are provided on arrival: oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, as well as dishwashing detergent, dishwasher tablets, toilet paper and cleaning products.

Kitchen towels and microfiber cloths are also provided.

A small bathroom with a shower and toilet.

A hairdryer is available and towels are provided.

Upstairs

The upstairs bedrooms are accessed via a spiral staircase.

The first bedroom has a comfortable double bed (160 cm x 200 cm).

Bedding is provided.

The second bedroom (en enfilade) has four beds (90 cm x 200 cm), including a trundle bed and a bunk bed.

Bedding is also provided.

Outside

Outside, a superb fireplace equipped with a grill, and a table with benches awaits you.

The small west-facing pallet lounge, bathed in the rays of the setting sun, promises magical moments of contemplation of the surrounding landscape.

Other information

Children are welcome. A high chair is available, and an extra bed can be provided upon request.

You can park your car next to the chalet (to the east). When the terrain is snow-covered or wet, parking is possible at the Restaurant du Raimeux, 100 meters away.

Low-speed internet access is available throughout the chalet.

Guests are asked not to smoke inside.

Pets are welcome on request (additional charge applies). They may stay on the ground floor but are not allowed upstairs in the bedrooms.

The chalet is heated, although it does not have underfloor heating. We recommend that you bring your own slippers for added comfort. If you forgot them, you'll find sandals of various sizes on the small shelf in the entrance hall.

The Restaurant du Raimeux, run by the Rohrer family, is located on the neighboring farm. Here you can enjoy traditional, local cuisine that will delight your taste buds. You can also buy a variety of farm produce, including meat for grilling, fresh eggs and milk.

Finally, you can order breakfast from an external partner.
